1. Current checkout options
Available delivery and payment methods, their prices and any restrictions are determined by the contents of the cart and the delivery address. The details shown at checkout before the order is submitted always apply.
If no suitable method is available, do not submit the order and email info@simgarage.cz.
2. Delivery and pickup points
Once the production integration is active, delivery via Packeta to a supported pickup point or Z-BOX can be selected. The specific location must be selected in the checkout map and is saved with the order.
- Pickup point availability may change according to capacity and parcel parameters.
- Large or heavy products may use a different delivery method at checkout.
- After handover, the carrier may send tracking information directly to the customer.
3. Online payment
Online payments are provided by Comgate a.s., a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank. Data transferred to the payment gateway is secured and encrypted. Depending on the device, bank and shop settings, the available methods may include payment card, bank transfer, QR payment, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Customers enter sensitive payment card details in the payment provider's secure environment. SIM Garage does not receive or store full card details. An order is considered paid only after the provider confirms a successful payment.
4. Confirmation and documents
We send the order confirmation and status information to the email address entered at checkout. Once the production integration is active, an accounting or tax document may be generated through Fakturoid and delivered electronically.
If a payment is unsuccessful or unclear, do not repeat it before checking the order status. Use the link in the confirmation or contact support to avoid a duplicate payment.
